With 25+ years of client-focused experience along with a strong concentration in meeting planning and event management, Kat brings personable, strategic, and creative concepts to L3. Her strong belief in team and client collaboration with 100% transparency has developed into second nature in fostering both existing and establishing new professional relationships.

Working with a wide array of clients through the years has elevated Kat to form a unique and eclectic set of skills over the course of her career. She has worked with various organizations on multiple programs with strict budgetary and time-sensitive parameters, from associations to healthcare to non-profit, and pharmaceutical sectors.

Before coming aboard to L3, Kat was the Meetings & Events Specialist for an association management organization based in New Jersey. Kat planned, developed, and led complex meetings/events from inception through completion while implementing creative strategies. Prior to delving into association management, Kat worked at Hovnanian Enterprises, a real estate company that is involved in every aspect of marketing homes, including design, and construction where she primarily assisted with sales, customer service, and onsite events. Kat holds a certification in Business, Technology, and Administration from The Cittone Institute as well as a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Phoenix.
